What is the Lease to Own program?

Felix Transportation offers qualified drivers the opportunity to operate a company truck under a lease agreement and build toward full ownership. Drive, earn, and own.

What trucks are available for lease?

Dry Van, Reefer, and Open Deck (Step Deck) equipment available depending on current fleet inventory.

How much can I earn?

Lease-to-Own drivers earn 80–90% of gross. Our drivers average $9,500+ gross per week.

Is there a down payment required?

What are the requirements?

Valid CDL-A • Age 23+ • Basic English • Clean MVR • OTR experience preferred

Do I need my own authority?

No. You operate under Felix Transportation authority while on the lease program.
